Wholesale delivery

Delivery arrangements are confirmed for your pen order before payment.

Quotation before dispatch

Add your pens and quantities to a wholesale enquiry. We will confirm availability, delivery options and charges, applicable taxes and payment arrangements in writing. An enquiry is not a paid or confirmed order.

The website’s stock-cost and margin figures cover pen prices only. Delivery charges and other business costs are not included in those figures.

Timing and destination

UK delivery is estimated at 3–5 days, subject to stock availability and order confirmation. Your quotation will set out the expected dispatch and delivery arrangements for the requested quantities and destination. Please confirm the receiving address and any access requirements before accepting the quotation.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the courier or customs. Do not assume the former retail delivery rates or dispatch cut-offs apply to wholesale pen orders.

Transport and receiving

Confirm the manufacturer’s transport and storage requirements for the pens in your order. Prepare suitable storage and arrange for someone to receive the parcel promptly. Follow the product label and supplied instructions when the order arrives.

Check your parcel

Check the products, strengths, quantities and packaging against your order confirmation. Report damage, shortages or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs where relevant. Keep the packaging while we investigate.

International enquiries

Contact us to confirm whether we can supply your destination. The buyer is responsible for verifying that purchase, import, possession and research use are lawful and for any import costs identified in the agreed quotation or by the relevant authorities.
