What is the minimum order?
10 pens per type and strength. The 10+, 25+, 50+ and 100+ price tiers apply separately to each line. Retatrutide 20mg and Retatrutide 40mg are separate lines; their quantities do not combine to unlock a higher tier.
Which pens can I order?
The wholesale collection includes Retatrutide 20mg and 40mg, Tirzepatide 40mg, GLOW 70mg (50/10/10) and GHK-Cu 50mg. See the pen collection for prices and strengths. Availability is confirmed when we respond to your enquiry.
How do I place a wholesale enquiry?
Choose your pens and quantities, review your enquiry basket, then send your business and contact details. We will confirm availability, delivery charges, applicable taxes and payment arrangements in a quotation. Submitting an enquiry does not take payment or confirm an order.
How is potential profit calculated?
Potential gross profit is suggested retail revenue minus pen stock cost, assuming every pen sells at the entered resale price. For example, 100 Retatrutide 40mg pens cost £3,500 at the £35 trade price. Selling all 100 at the £170 RRP would produce £17,000 revenue and £13,500 gross profit before other costs.
Delivery, applicable taxes, payment fees, operating costs, returns and unsold stock are excluded. RRP is a suggestion; actual prices, demand and results vary. Use the margin calculator to model your own selling price.
Where are the pens manufactured?
Ascension Healthcare pens are manufactured in Switzerland under strict quality control measures. Ask for the relevant product and batch documentation when discussing your order. Read about our approach to quality.
How can pens save time?
The pre-filled format removes the reconstitution step. A focused range and clearly defined strengths can also simplify product listings and repeat orders. The amount of time saved depends on your current process; the time planners use your own inputs and are estimates, not measured performance claims.
How should pens be stored?

Who are the pens for?
Business buyers supplying or conducting lawful laboratory research. These products are not for human or veterinary use. What if there is an issue with my delivery?
Keep the packaging and order details, document the issue and contact hello@ascensionhc.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Do not use affected products until the issue has been reviewed. Read the returns policy for the existing claims process.
