Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Ascension Healthcare. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not place an order.

1. About Us

Ascension Healthcare ("we", "us", "our") is a wholesale supplier of pre-filled research pens for scientific and laboratory research purposes. These Terms govern the sale of products through our website and any other sales channel operated by us.

2. Research Use Only - Critical Restriction

All products sold by Ascension Healthcare are strictly intended for in-vitro scientific research and laboratory use only. By placing an order you unconditionally confirm and warrant that:

  • You are an authorised business buyer supplying lawful laboratory research, a qualified researcher, scientist, or representative of a research institution;
  • You will use the products solely for lawful in-vitro scientific research or supply them to customers for that purpose, communicating the same restrictions;
  • The products will not be used for human or veterinary administration, self-administration, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any medical condition;
  • The products will be handled in accordance with all applicable health and safety regulations for research chemicals;
  • You have verified that the purchase and use of the product is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Any order placed where we have reasonable grounds to believe these conditions are not met may be cancelled without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at our absolute discretion.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be aged 18 or over to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes as described in clause 2.

4. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, purity data, and specifications on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, error-free, or current at all times. Product specifications may change between batches; the Certificate of Analysis for your specific batch is the authoritative document for purity and identity.

The published GBP wholesale price list is effective 2 July 2026. Minimum quantities and price tiers apply separately to each pen type and strength. Stock, delivery charges, applicable taxes and final payment arrangements are confirmed in your quotation. RRP and calculator results are planning figures, not guaranteed sales or net profit.

5. Ordering Process

Submission of a wholesale enquiry requests a quotation and does not confirm an order or take payment. A contract is formed only upon our acceptance of your order, evidenced by a written order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including (without limitation) stock availability, suspected misuse, or inability to verify the purchaser's identity.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full before dispatch. Available payment arrangements will be specified in your agreed quotation. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any currency conversion costs, bank charges, or import duties levied in their jurisdiction.

7. Delivery

Dispatch and delivery arrangements are confirmed in the wholesale quotation. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we accept no liability for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or other factors outside our reasonable control. 8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research peptide products (temperature-sensitive biological compounds), we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. We will offer a replacement or full refund in the circumstances set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including where the product arrives damaged, the wrong product is supplied, or the product fails to meet the purity specification stated on the Certificate of Analysis.

Any claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with your order number, batch number, and supporting evidence (photographs where applicable). We reserve the right to request return of the product before issuing a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ascension Healthcare shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm arising from:

  • The use, misuse, or improper storage of any product purchased from us;
  • Human or veterinary administration of any product, which is strictly prohibited;
  • Any reliance on information provided on our website;
  • Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Ascension Healthcare and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or placing a new order after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
